The Yellow Coral Goby, also widely known as the Yellow Clown Goby, is a charming nano-reef candidate showcasing a bright, uniform canary-yellow coloration across its compact body. These endearing little fish are famous for their playful personality, frequently perching atop branching corals, rock ledges, or glass walls to watch the aquarium. They are very peaceful, low-demanding inhabitants that fit exceptionally well into small reef setups. While generally reef-safe, larger specimens may occasionally nip at the polyps of SPS corals (particularly Acropora) when selecting a site to lay eggs or rest.
