Product overview
The AMS RODI Replacement 4 Pack is a full set of filters for a standard 4-stage reverse osmosis deionisation (RODI) unit: sediment, carbon, 100 GPD membrane, and colour-changing DI resin.
Change the pack together so an old carbon stage does not send chlorine onto a new membrane, and so product water can read 0 TDS at the DI outlet.

Water and system compatibility

Water: Treats tap water. Product water is used for freshwater tanks and for mixing marine salt.

System: Standard 4-stage aquarium or household RO/RODI units with three 10-inch housings and one 1812 / 2012 membrane housing. Check your unit matches before you buy.
Directions
Turn off the feed and bleed pressure. Replace stages in order: sediment, carbon, membrane (push-rod first, O-rings seated), then DI. Seat all gaskets square.
Flush carbon at least 5 minutes before water reaches the membrane. Discard the first 45 minutes of product water from a new membrane. Flush the DI 2–3 minutes, then confirm 0 ppm on the TDS meter.
Change sediment, carbon, and DI about every 4–6 months, or sooner if pressure drops, chlorine breaks through, or the DI resin turns amber. Membrane life depends on tap water and how well the carbon stage is kept.
