The Clarkii Clownfish is one of the most adaptable and resilient clownfish species available, featuring a rich reddish-brown to jet-black body accented by two to three prominent white vertical bars and a distinct pale tail fin. Extremely active and bold, they readily accept hosting in a wide variety of anemones, including Bubble Tip and Carpet anemones. They are exceptional candidates for beginner and advanced aquarists alike due to their eating habits and hardiness. However, as they mature, they become noticeably territorial and will assertively defend their chosen territory against intruder fish.
