The Blackfoot Clownfish, also known as the Maldives Clownfish, is a distinct and highly sought-after species native to the Western Indian Ocean and Maldives. It features a warm peach to deep orange-yellow body highlighted by a single vertical white head bar and stark black pelvic and anal fins. Slower to acclimate than standard ocellaris variants, it responds best to quiet, low-stress reef environments with stable water parameters. Naturally associated with the Magnifica Anemone (Heteractis magnifica), it makes a peaceful and unique addition to established marine systems.
