The Azure Damselfish is a vibrant and relatively "polite" member of the damselfish family, making it a popular choice for reef tanks. It features a brilliant royal blue body with a stark, sunny yellow lower half that extends from the belly to the tail fin. Unlike the more aggressive Dascyllus species, the Azure is generally semi-aggressive and can be kept in small groups if introduced simultaneously. They are active, hardy, and rarely bother corals, spending their time darting between rocky crevices. Their small size and intense coloration make them a perfect "pop" of color for tanks of all sizes.
