Description
Description
The Rosy Tetra is an elegant high-bodied schooling species featuring a delicate salmon-pink coloration accented by a prominent black spot on its white-tipped dorsal fin. Males display flag-like, elongated fins that they flare in harmless courtship and sparring displays among group members. They are ideal inhabitants for heavily planted aquariums where their rosy coloration contrasts beautifully against deep green foliage.
