Red Sea Trace Colors D – Bioactive Elements supplies 18 minor and trace elements for marine tanks, including zinc, cobalt, manganese, copper, nickel, and molybdenum. Skimming and carbon filtration strip these micronutrients from the water. When they run low, coral tissue growth can slow and purple and blue colour can fade or brown.
The liquid is made for chromoproteins and coral metabolism. Dose it in proportion to daily calcium uptake, alongside the rest of the Red Sea Trace Colors range.

Dosing and instructions
Always follow dosage & directions on product packaging.
Calculate true water volume. Dose daily per 100 litres, or scale to match calcium consumption:

LPS / SPS frags and growing tanks: 6 ml (or 1 ml per 20 ppm of calcium added)

Mixed reef: 3 ml (or 1 ml per 20 ppm of calcium added)

SPS-dominant: 4 ml (or 1 ml per 20 ppm of calcium added)

Ultra-low nutrient (ULNS): 2 ml (or 1 ml per 20 ppm of calcium added)
Keep traces in a narrow range. Do not raise doses blindly. For precise use, dose 1:1 with Red Sea Trace Colors C (Iron).
Storage

Bottle: Cool, dry cupboard out of direct sunlight. Do not refrigerate or freeze.
