Product overview
The Oase BioPlus is a compact internal corner filter for smaller, shallow, or space-tight tanks. Basic internals are messy to clean, so sludge goes back into the display, flow drops, and water quality suffers.
Magnets hold the sponge column to the pump block, so you can pull the media without a spill. Thermo models include an Oase HeatUp heater in a built-in chamber. Standard models can be upgraded with a HeatUp later. Heating and filtration sit in one hidden corner.

Installation and care
Always follow dosage & directions on product packaging.

Water line: Keep the filter head fully submerged before plugging in, so the pump does not run dry and a fitted heater does not crack.

Sponges: Unclip the magnetic housing every 1–2 weeks. Rinse foams in discarded tank water, not tap water, so chlorine does not kill bacteria.

Heater: Unplug and leave the HeatUp in the water for at least 15 minutes before a shallow water change or lifting the module.

Impeller: From time to time, open the impeller cover and brush out waste or hard-water scale so the motor stays quiet.
