Marble Angelfish (Pterophyllum scalare "Marble")

Overview

The Marble Angelfish is a massive retail bestseller in Australia, highly favored for its bold, high-contrast aesthetics. Replacing the standard vertical stripes, this variety features an irregular, completely unique patchwork mottled with jet-black, shimmering silver, and creamy-white marbling across its body and fins. Many premium specimens also develop a gorgeous golden-yellow blush over their crown as they mature. They are exceptionally hardy and robust, making them an ideal recommendation for hobbyists looking for a centerpiece fish that has a completely distinct, one-of-a-kind pattern.
