Leopard Danio (Danio rerio "Leopard")

Overview

The Leopard Danio is a highly popular, distinct color morph of the classic Zebra Danio. Instead of the traditional uniform stripes, these fish are adorned with a gorgeous, irregular splattering of dark pewter-gold spots across a shimmering silver-bronze body, closely mimicking a wild leopard's coat. They share the exact same unshakeable hardiness, high-energy pace, and top-dwelling habits as their striped cousins. They look incredible when mixed directly into a school of Zebra Danios, giving your customers a varied, high-contrast display of patterns moving together.
