Fritz pH Higher - 118ml

Fritz pH Higher is a liquid that raises pH and alkalinity in freshwater and saltwater. It contains no phosphate or nitrate, so it is not a fertiliser for algae.

The 118 ml bottle is sized for nano tanks and small top-ups. The cap holds about 5 ml.

Directions

Test pH first. Dose 5 ml per 76 L into strong flow. Wait about 10 minutes, then test again before you add more. Several days of small doses may be needed.

If fish, corals, or invertebrates are in the tank, do not raise pH by more than 0.2 in 24 hours. Fast swings can shock livestock.

If pH is below 6.0, ammonia may be sitting as ammonium. Raise pH slowly. A fast jump can convert it back to free ammonia.
