Black Ram (Midnight Ram)

The Black Ram (often sold in Australia as the Midnight Ram) is a high-end, premium strain that is currently one of the most coveted dwarf cichlids in the hobby. Bred for extreme melanism, these fish boast a deep, velvety matte-black body that contrasts sharply with electric blue or ruby red highlights on their fins. They are a top choice for luxury setups, offering a moody, dramatic aesthetic that pairs incredibly well with bright neon schooling fish like Cardinal Tetras.
