Product overview

BioScape Hang-On Canister Filters combine the easy fit of a hang-on-back filter with the media space of a canister. They hang on the tank rim, so there are no external hoses and nothing takes up cabinet space. They suit freshwater aquascapes, shrimp tanks and marine tanks.

• No hoses: Hangs on the tank glass, so there's no under-tank plumbing or kinked hoses.
• Two media baskets: Layer mechanical, biological and chemical media, such as bio rings, activated carbon and filter wool.
• Surface skimmer: Adjustable skimmer intake removes surface film for better oxygen exchange.
• Adjustable outlet: Aim the return flow to remove dead spots and set surface movement.
• Quiet and low power: Vibration-damped motor with low energy use.
