The Asfur Angelfish—also known as the Arabian Angelfish—is a magnificent, deep-bodied large angel originating from the Red Sea. It boasts a velvety, dark midnight-blue to black body highlighted by a dramatic, bright yellow crescent band that slashes down its flank, finished with a vibrant yellow tail fin. Though it closely resembles the Maculosus Angelfish, the Asfur is prized for its richer dark tones and elegant, trailing dorsal fin. It is a bold, hardy centerpiece fish that develops a commanding personality in a large aquarium.
