Specifications
- Active ingredient: 32 mg trichlorfon per tablet
- Made in Australia
Directions
- Turn off UV sterilisers and ozone generators. Remove activated carbon and other chemical filter media. Keep mechanical and biological filtration running, and keep aeration strong.
- Dissolve the tablets fully in a cup of tank water before adding them.
- Freshwater: 1 tablet per 40 litres. Fish-only marine: 1 tablet per 160 litres. The marine dose is lower because trichlorfon is more toxic at a higher pH.
- Fish lice and gill flukes: repeat the dose after 7 days.
- Anchor worms: repeat every 5 days until the adult parasites have dropped off.
- Coldwater tanks: repeat every 12 days.
Keep the temperature around 25°C and the pH between 6.0 and 7.0. Do not treat if the temperature is above 27°C to 28°C.
A small amount of cellulose may remain after a tablet dissolves. Results may show within 48 to 72 hours.
Always follow directions on product packaging.
