AMS Clear RO Housing (Single) is a heavy-duty, standard 10” x 2.5” clear filter canister designed to serve as a versatile expansion unit or single-stage Reverse Osmosis (RO) / Deionisation (DI) water treatment filter. Constructed from high-strength, transparent food-grade plastic, this housing allows aquarists to instantly inspect the visual condition of the internal filtration media—such as sediment filters, carbon blocks, or color-changing DI resin—without opening the unit. Ideal for inline pre-filtration or add-on post-RO deionisation, it features standard 1/4" NPT port connections that integrate seamlessly into existing aquarium reverse osmosis setups to deliver pure, contaminant-free water for sensitive reef and freshwater displays.

Setup & Installation Guide:

• Compatibility: Accepts all standard 10” x 2.5” filter cartridges, including sediment pads, carbon blocks, and refillable DI resin canisters.

• Installation: Connect to your 1/4" RO tubing using quick-connect fittings. Ensure the rubber O-ring is properly seated inside the cap before hand-tightening to prevent leaks.

• Maintenance: Visually monitor media through the clear housing. Replace pre-filter cartridges or exhausted resin when color change indicates saturation or when output TDS increases.

AMS Clear RO Housing (Double) is a dual-stage 10” clear filtration assembly engineered to provide multi-step pre-filtration or dual DI polishing for aquarium reverse osmosis units. Featuring two transparent 10” x 2.5” canisters mounted on a durable bracket, this system allows you to combine complementary filter media—such as a 5-micron sediment filter followed by a carbon block, or a dual-stage mixed-bed Deionisation (DI) setup for 0 TDS water production. The transparent sumps offer full visual monitoring of both stages simultaneously, ensuring you know exactly when pre-filters are clogged or when color-changing DI resin requires replacement before impurities reach your aquarium water supply.

Setup & Installation Guide:

• Stage Configuration: Commonly configured as Stage 1: Sediment Filter (or Anion/Cation Resin) and Stage 2: Carbon Block (or Mixed Bed DI Resin).

• Connection: Plumb inline between your tap water supply and RO membrane (for pre-filtration) or directly after the RO membrane (for post-RO DI polishing).

• Maintenance: Hand-tighten the clear canisters using a standard housing wrench. Inspect O-rings periodically and lubricate with food-grade silicone grease to maintain a watertight seal.

AMS Clear RO Housing (Triple) is an advanced, three-stage clear filtration manifold designed to offer maximum water purification and media capacity for marine and freshwater aquariums. Built with three clear 10” x 2.5” heavy-duty sumps mounted on a rigid bracket, this unit serves as a complete pre-treatment system or a comprehensive 3-stage DI resin polishing array (such as dedicated Cation, Anion, and Mixed Bed resin stages). The crystal-clear sumps provide 360-degree visibility across all three stages, allowing aquarists to continuously monitor sediment build-up and resin exhaustion in real time to guarantee absolute 0 TDS water for delicate corals, reef systems, and sensitive breeding fish.

Setup & Installation Guide:

• Stage Configuration: Ideal as a 3-stage pre-filter array (Sediment , Carbon Block Chloramine/Specialty Carbon) or a 3-stage post-RO DI system (Cation Resin  Anion Resin  Mixed Bed DI Resin).

• Plumbing: Uses standard 1/4" quick-connect fittings. Mount securely to a wall or aquarium stand near your water source using the pre-drilled bracket holes.

• Maintenance: Replace sediment and carbon pre-filters every 6 months or after 3,000–5,000 litres of water production. Replace DI resin immediately once TDS output reads above 0 PPM.
