AMS 5 Micron Sediment Cartridge

An AMS 5-Micron Sediment Cartridge is a high-efficiency mechanical pre-filter designed as the first stage of defense in Reverse Osmosis (RO/DI) and water filtration systems. Its primary job is to physically trap incoming particles before they can clog down-line carbon blocks or foul the delicate pores of the RO membrane.

Constructed from 100% pure thermal-bonded polypropylene fibers, the cartridge features a graduated density design. The outer zones capture larger particulate debris, while the tightly spun inner core traps micro-particles down to 5 microns (about one-twentieth the width of a human hair).
