Albino Neon Tetra (Paracheirodon innesi "Albino")

Overview

The Albino Neon Tetra is a stunning, ethereal variation of the traditional hobby favorite. Due to a natural lack of dark melanin, their translucent, creamy-white bodies feature a striking, glowing pink-to-red stripe along the tail and a subtle, reflective pastel-blue sheen across their upper body, rounded out by bright red albino eyes. They share the exact same gentle, tightly-schooling nature as standard Neons. They look particularly spectacular when mixed into a school of normal Neons, creating a beautiful contrast of light and dark colors in a planted layout.
