Adolfo's Corydoras (Corydoras adolfoi)

Overview

The Adolfo's Corydoras is a boutique, high-end species widely regarded as one of the most elegant members of the entire genus. They sport a striking, clean milk-white to pinkish-cream body, perfectly contrasted by a bold, velvety-black mask over their eyes and a thick black stripe running down their spine. The crowning feature is a brilliant, glowing flash of metallic neon-orange across the nape of their neck. Because they are peaceful, gentle, and slow-paced, they are highly prized for luxury planted community tanks and look magnificent when moving together in a tight school.
