EcoTech Marine Radion Gen 6 XR30

The EcoTech Marine Radion Gen 6 XR30 is the dual-cluster flagship model in the Radion lineup, engineered to deliver high-intensity light output, deep penetration, and a massive coverage area for larger or SPS-dominant marine reef aquariums. Upgraded with the HEI2 (Hybrid Hemispherically Edge Illuminating) lens assembly, the Gen 6 XR30 stretches its beam pattern out to a wide 126.3-degree spread. This extreme wide-angle architecture allows a single fixture to comfortably blanket up to a 48" x 30" footprint, drastically cutting down on deep structural shadows beneath massive coral colonies while using fewer individual fixtures over the tank.

The XR30 platform draws a maximum of 215 Watts from the wall. It features a heavy-duty centrally positioned active cooling fan resting atop a premium structural metal micro-fin heat sink for highly reliable thermal performance. Built with 395nm true ultraviolet diodes, the light penetrates deep water columns to target fluorescent proteins in delicate marine organisms.

Like the smaller model, it programs directly over Bluetooth/Wi-Fi via the native Mobius ecosystem and interfaces seamlessly with Neptune Systems Apex controllers using an optional MXM bridge. The XR30 range is offered in two task-specific spectrums: the XR30 G6 Pro for a balanced halide daylight aesthetic and the XR30 G6 Blue for extreme actinic sapphire levels.
