Overview
The Three-Spot Gourami (often sold in its vibrant, uniform "Blue" color morph) is an incredibly hardy, robust classic of the hobby. They get their name from their unique pattern: one spot near the tail, one in the middle of the body, and the fish's eye acts as the third spot. Sporting a beautiful silvery-blue body with subtle marble patterns, they are exceptionally resilient and highly adaptable to a massive range of water conditions. Because they grow a bit larger and can possess a bold, feisty personality, they pair best with other robust community fish like barbs, danios, and larger catfish.
