The Singapore Angelfish features a distinct, understated beauty with its high-contrast color zones of black, white, and golden-yellow topped with a bright blue brow accent. Also referred to as the Vermiculated Angelfish, this species stays relatively compact compared to other large angelfish species. They tend to be somewhat timid upon introduction, requiring a quiet aquarium environment rich in live rock caves and overhangs to feel secure. Given time and stable water conditions, they settle into rewarding display fish, though caution is required around soft corals, stony corals, and clam mantles.
