CaribSea ARM (Aragonite Reactor Media) is a high-purity, complete calcium reactor media designed to continuously replenish critical skeletal elements in reef aquariums. Composed of natural marine aragonite rich in magnesium, carbonate, and nearly 50 times more strontium than standard substitutes, it dissolves smoothly under low pH conditions to deliver a balanced foundation for hard coral growth. Processed to eliminate gastropod shells, ARM boasts exceptionally low phosphate and silica levels to avoid fueling unwanted nuisance algae. Its high solubility profile enables dissolution at higher pH levels (~8.2), significantly reducing CO2 gas consumption while maintaining stable calcium and alkalinity parameters.
