Product overview
Aqua One ThermoSafe heaters keep aquarium water at a stable temperature. The tube is shatter-resistant quartz, fully submersible, and has a microchip thermal cut-off that shuts the heater down if it runs dry.

Cable length 1.8 m. Operating voltage 240 V / 50 Hz. As a guide, allow about 1 watt per litre; if your tank sits between sizes, choose the next wattage up.
Installation
- Mount the heater fully submerged, near good flow, and off the substrate.
- Fit the suction clips on the top third of the heater, not on the heating element.
- Do not plug the heater in unless it is fully submerged. Use a drip loop on the cord.
- Set the temperature on the dial, then check with a thermometer at the far end of the tank.
- Unplug and allow 10–15 minutes to cool before removing the heater from the water.
Always follow directions on product packaging.
