Overview
Though they can look a bit washed out in a sterile bare store tank, the Lemon Tetra transforms into an absolute beauty once settled into a home aquarium. Mature specimens develop a translucent, bright lemony-yellow body, stark black-tipped anal fins, and intense, fiery-red upper eyes. They are highly active, tight-schooling, and exceptionally peaceful, making them one of the most reliable and low-maintenance additions to any Australian community layout.
