Overview
The Dwarf Chain Loach is a premium, highly coveted nano-loach prized by Australian aquascapers. Unlike most loaches that hide away at the bottom, these energetic little fish spend a lot of time swimming out in the open in tight, synchronized schools at the mid-levels of the tank. They feature a spectacular, crisp chain-link pattern of dark brownish-black bars over a shimmering gold-and-silver body. They are completely peaceful, have a small bioload, and are widely regarded as the best nano-sized solution for clearing out pest snails without threatening small, peaceful community fish.
