The AMS Bio Culture Brick Twin Pack is biological filter media made from inert nano-ceramic beads. The rigid bricks give beneficial bacteria a large surface area to colonise, without leaching minerals or shifting pH.

The brick format sits in sump baffles, filter trays, or large canister baskets, where loose media can shift or tumble.

• Place the bricks after mechanical filtration (sponges, filter socks, or wool) so debris does not clog the pores.
• If debris builds up, rinse gently in clean aquarium water. Do not use tap water — it can kill the bacteria.
