The Aqua One ProVac is a gravel siphon for water changes. It lifts fish waste, plant detritus, and uneaten food while old water drains to a bucket. A priming bulb starts the siphon, so you do not put your hands in the tank or start it by mouth.
Key features
- Inline priming bulb
- Intake grid keeps gravel in the tank and lets waste through
- 45° joint where the pipe meets the hose
- Clear acrylic pipe
- 1.5 metre clear vinyl hose
Water and system compatibility
Freshwater (coldwater and tropical) and marine.

Directions
- Put a bucket on the floor, lower than the tank. The siphon runs by gravity.
- Sink the clear pipe in the water, and put the hose end in the bucket.
- Squeeze the priming bulb a few times until water is running.
- Push the pipe into the gravel. Waste goes up the tube and the gravel drops back. Lift it slightly, then move to the next spot.
- Drain the hose, rinse the parts in tap water, and dry them out of direct sun.
Always follow directions on product packaging.
