Overview
The Green Tiger Barb (often sold in Australia as the Moss Barb) is a spectacular color variant of the traditional Tiger Barb. Through selective breeding, their standard black stripes have merged to cover almost their entire body in a shimmering, deep metallic emerald-green coat that contrasts beautifully against their bright orange-red fins. They share the exact same robust hardiness, high-velocity swimming habits, and feisty personality as the standard variety. They look incredible when mixed directly into a school of normal Tiger Barbs, creating an eye-catching contrast of colors.
