Dymax Algae Wafers Supreme is a daily sinking wafer for herbivore bottom feeders. High spirulina and plant matter, closer to a wild graze than a meaty pellet.

The discs drop fast and stay together, so shy fish can nibble without the food falling apart and fouling the water.

Care and instructions

Always follow directions on product packaging.

• When: 1–2 times a day. For nocturnal plecos, drop wafers just after lights out.
• How much: About 1 wafer per 10–15 cm of bottom-feeder body length, onto the substrate.
• Leftovers: The disc holds together for slow grazers. Siphon anything still there after 12–24 hours.
